Multi-Spindle Machine Operator/Production Support
Job description:
New operator will be trained in machine operation/gaging/tool wear characteristics/blueprint reading. They will be taught best techniques to keep machines loaded and running, chip removal and cutting oil reclaim. Operator will help with finished product removal/transport/and packaging parts for shipment. Must be able to run secondary operational equipment(i.e. saws, belt sanders, de-burring equipment). Must have ability to lift 50 lbs.
Schedule:
• Probationary 4-8 week period would be 1st Shift(M-T 6AM-4PM)
• Day Shift range(4AM-6PM) can be set with AP management approval.
Pay:
• Depending on previous experience most new hires start at $25/hr.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Blueprint reading
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Good record keeping skills
